I take great pride in not just providing a great home inspection report but providing a complete education of the home or building.  My home inspections typically last 3 hours and I do not conduct more than two inspections a day.  This gives me the time to properly inspect and educate you on your home or building.  Beware of the simple checklist home inspector that completes 3 or 4 home inspections per day.  This will result in a simple inadequate inspection and report.
